JOB DESCRIPTION: Receptionist

Employment Type: Full Time

Years Experience: 1 – 3 years

Salary: $9+ Hourly (depending on experience)

BLUE RIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL is looking for the right candidate to join a dynamic team of talented professionals.  Someone who wants a career more than a job.

The right candidate will be a warm, caring and dedicated professional who will show an aptitude and eagerness to learn and a willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. Customer service experience is required.  This Candidate must be able to greet customers warmly and efficiently in person and on the phone, handle cash and credit card transactions, and be comfortable using the computer to prepare invoices, accept payments, schedule appointments and record customer data.

BLUE RIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL is looking for the right candidate to join a dynamic team of talented professionals. Someone who wants a career more than a job.

The right candidate will be a warm, caring and dedicated professional who will show an aptitude and eagerness to learn and a willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. Veterinary technician experience is required. A RVT/LVT license a plus. This Candidate must be able to perform blood draws, place IV catheters, humanely restrain animals, monitor surgery and communicate well with clients.
